Peta, the world’s most infamous organisations claiming to defend animal rights by throwing red paint on celebrities’ fur coats. They have stigmatised fur in the fashion world, yet everybody is still using leather goods, even vegan celebrities.
Having the guts to preach for animal rights is one thing, but going behind people’s backs and killing their pets is another. Peta has killed 97% of the animals brought to them for shelter. They claim that euthanization of pets is a must as their facilities can’t accommodate that many animals.
They were recently dragged to court by a family and settled with them for US $50,000 due to them ‘accidentally’ killing their dog. Imagine what they would do to other animals if their population started to expand?
