The PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang accused non-Muslims and non-Bumiputeras of making the bulk of the roots of corrupt people in the country with illicit gains.
In an outright message on Facebook on eradicating corruption in a holistic manner, Hadi urges the thwarting of corrupt people who are at the grassroots before they become a disease and has warned that groups chasing corrupt practices will eventually control the economy.
“They then damage our politics as they are the roots for corruption and the majority of them are non-Muslims and non-Bumiputras,” he says in a post that is getting a lot of attention on Facebook.
