A responsible netizen had posted a picture on Twitter recently showing the plate and the exact lorry that had rammed into a parked car while parking. It was stated by the poster that the lorry’s driver later left without saying anything.
The tweet is now viral and it is unclear what are the next steps of the car owner. The front of the car was said to be hit by the lorry. Netizens are encouraging the victim to report the driver to the police.
It is surprisingly normal in Malaysia for incidents like this to occur as parking spaces are quite tight here. Furthermore, the population is moving forward by buying bigger cars and oddly enough the local authorities aren’t doing anything to separate lorries and private cars as they are supposed to.
