Rosmah was found guilty of all three charges by the High Court today, and in his brief decision, Justice Zaini stated that he conducted a thorough examination of the case and concluded that Rosmah’s defence was a bare denial and unsubstantiated.
“The prosecution has proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt. As a result, the accused is guilty of all three charges,” he stated.
Today is the D-Day for Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor who will learn whether she will be acquitted or convicted on three corruption charges relating to the solar hybrid project for 369 rural schools in Sarawak, following a nearly four-year trial.

The High Court is scheduled to pronounce its verdict at 9am in an open court but the verdict delivery will be delayed due to a last-minute application by Rosmah to recuse the Judge from the case.
Rosmah has filed a last-minute application to recuse Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan on D-Day from hearing or making a decision on the case, arguing that the verdict was already leaked last week and went viral on Aug 26.
