Due to the rapid inflation happening world wide, many corporations resort to cutting costs in many ways. In Malaysia, KFC decided to cut costs by allegedly reducing their meal portions as one netizen observed the shocking change.
The netizen posted a photo of a chilli sauce packet next to the size of a KFC chicken and jokingly said that they have increased the size of their sauce packets. It is ironic when a fast food chain whose specialty is chicken is now giving sauce packets larger than their chicken.
Netizens called for a mini boycott against KFC as their prices are no longer worth it and there are other brands that can provide better value for money. Others mentioned that they requested for chicken breast but instead received chicken wings, and they weren’t too happy about it.
