That should be a massive project for it to take such a long time, that is a long 20 years for Malaysia to build a bridge or a tunnel that will link Malaysia with Indonesia.
This Super ambitious project came to light on Thursday and it involves a construction project of a 120km link over the sea between Melaka and Dumai in Sumatra, Indonesia.
Such an idea has been floating for years but has never materialised but this time around by the Melaka investment, industry, entrepreneur development and cooperatives committee chairman Ab Rauf Yusoh, as reported by Bernama.
