Yana Najib was alleged by numerous netizens that she is trying to follow in the footsteps of Nurul Izzah. Nurul Izzah has been a celebrated figure among reformasi Malaysians as her father was sent to prison when she was only 17 years old, and she publicly supported her father.
However, on Yana Najib’s end, she is as loyal to her father as Nurul Izzah. Unfortunately, she is noted as someone ‘tone deaf’ and not very conscious of her surroundings. Netizens see her as a girl born with a silver spoon in her mouth, mostly because of what she publicly states.
For starters, saying that her dad misses Starbucks, where 1 drink costs RM20 easily and many in this country cannot afford that as they barely make RM8 an hour on minimum wage. Meanwhile, Nurul Izzah did not have it as easy as Yana and she is recognized for that.
