Zahid Hamidi has been acquitted by the Malaysian judiciary system. He has publicly expressed that he always had faith in the system. This is a far cry from his statements about the system when Najib was found guilty and had to go to prison.
Netizens are commenting that his words are not adding up to each other. Others mentioned that in Anwar Ibrahim’s case people were saying that the court systems were not fair when he was placed in jail, once released, they then had faith in it again.
However, Anwar Ibrahim’s situation is a completely different one in contrast to our jailbird former Ex Prime Minister Najib Razak and Zahid Hamidi. Regardless of this all, Zahid Hamidi will have a fighting chance in the upcoming elections with a clean record.
