The Russian security services or the FSB released the moment a 24-year-old Central Asian man was taken into custody in Moscow on suspicion of recruiting people for the Islamic State terrorist group. The ISIS is said to be in tatters after its defeat in Syria but it is still pretty active, recruiting people, it seems.
The suspect reportedly distributed ISIS propaganda material via social media and was operating out of Moscow and Voronezh. That is we are to believe the Russian security forces.
However, a criminal case has been initiated against the suspect whom the authorities say has confessed to his crimes. Okay.
