The famed coffee shop that got into some controversies this year, has decided to give back to the community. They stated on their Twitter account that for every 5 sen that has not been returned to their customers, a voucher code called 75SEN.
The voucher is applicable for redemption only via the app. The whole incident occurred when they shortchanged a customer 5 sen. They tried to rectify the issue and have issued an apology publicly on social media.
Netizens did not have nice things to say towards Zeus. They claim that Zeus isn’t professional and is making an error as a whole new marketing ploy. However, isn’t it better for them to address an issue rather than ignoring it all completely?
