After 25 long years of service for the country, a pilot has now realised that his pension places him into the B40 category and he says his Nuri helicopter was fired upon during fighting against the communist terrorists in the 1970s and 1980.

The former RMAF helicopter pilot Nor Ibrahim Sulaiman, who retired as a major in 1992, is getting a pension of only RM2,682 while those who retired with the same rank after 2013 are getting double this amount as a pension.

The recipient of the Pingat Tentera Udara PTU says this anomaly which is affected thousands from the RMAF should be corrected.
