Is it getting more dangerous to dine alone in Ampang? A 38-year-old businessman was dining alone at a restaurant and he was kidnapped over a debt owned by the victim’s employer.
Since the kidnapping, police have arrested two men suspected of involvement in the incident that took place last week. A 37-year-old factory worker and a 40-year-old vegetable seller were arrested at Taman Dagang, Ampang.
The police have also seized a Toyota Vellfire that is believed to have been used in the kidnapping. On the other hand, the police in Kelantan have released seven suspects in the kidnapping of a cosmetic agent. The cosmetics agent from Tumpat, Kelantan, who was believed to have been kidnapped more than two weeks ago, had been in northern Thailand for several days when she was rescued.
