Apparently, PayPal has gotten themselves in hot water after changing their policies recently. PayPal changed their policies and stated that users will be fined $2,500 if they spread misinformation. This is wrong for a financial institution to make such a statement.
However, according to Yahoo News, PayPal claimed that it was a technical error. Conservative Americans are claiming that social credit is coming to the country and that the ‘woke’ agenda is ‘winning.’
It appears that thousands of Americans are closing their PayPal account in the solidarity of freedom. Another netizen stated that they refuse to be customers with a company that pretends to be a “social justice warrior” stalking their customer database for their viewpoints.
