Netizens in their late 20s are sharing their struggle on Twitter, trying to keep up with appearances and their peers. It started when an Anugerah Tokoh Pelajar receiver stated that she is still struggling thinking she would’ve made it bigger in life by now, and two others followed suit.
It is a noticeable pattern where Malaysians in their late 20s are having low income and are unable to afford a car or a home. Other netizens stated that life is not a competition and we all have our own pace.
