Malaysia is always known for having underpaid employees in the corporate realm. Most richer Malaysians are either politicians or business owners. Many large American corporations seem to be underpaying the people here and at the same time talk big about “human rights” across the world.
The differences in the list is stark, where the lower end and higher end pay grade of the same job title. If someone is paid below that it means the company is cheapening out and it’s time to move on to another less toxic company.
A netizen with true concerns mentioned that educators are not even in the list. Pre school teachers are only getting RM1,500 a month, which is definitely not enough to support a single person in Kuala Lumpur.
