It’s a common observation on social media where former Muslims would often criticise the religion in order to gain attention. However, when the non Muslims claim that small things like the Azan is peaceful, former Muslims tend to go crazy.
This observation is made into a meme on Twitter. A non Muslim complimented the Azan claiming it gives her peace, but a sour ex-Muslim claimed he bought an apartment away from the mosque for “peace.”
“How to spot a Malay atheist? They will say they are one without being asked.” Other netizens complained about how strong headed and pushy these atheists are. Some are even claiming that these people have no peace hence the reason why they’re looking for trouble.
