A teen girl has been charged in a Magistrate’s Court in Johor Bahru with causing the death of her younger brother last week at their home in Kampung Ulu Pulai, Iskandar Puteri but she claimed trial by pleading not guilty on Oct 26.
On Wednesday, the 17-year-old committed the alleged crime at their home on Jalan Mini Stadium in Kampung Ulu Pulai at 1.50 pm on October 19 and the charge sheet says the accused was that her actions could lead to the death of her 16-year-old brother.
The teen was granted bail, set at RM10,000 with one surety, and the accused was ordered to report to the nearest police station once a month.
