The police arrested a woman of 31-year-old on Nov. 4 morning for her suspected involvement in the murder of her father, a 67-year-old man in Singapore and she could face the death sentence.
The police in a news release say officers received a call requesting assistance at a residential unit along Rivervale Drive on Nov. 4 at about 5.30am and upon arrival at the scene, they found the old man lying motionless with multiple wounds inside the unit.
He was subsequently pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene while the police adds that the 31-year-old woman is the 67-year-old man’s daughter and she was apprehended on the spot.
Death Penalty For The Arrested Woman
The arrested woman will on Nov. 5 be charged in court with murder. She could be sentenced to death. The police investigation is still ongoing.
