Hermes, the world renown French luxury brand, famous for being the manufacturer of the Birkin handbags that Rosmah Mansor adores. Their items has been worn by Princesses, head of states, business men/women and more.
However, a YouTuber noted that they are being sued by Sketchers for copying their design. The shoes, which are called “Eclair Sneaker” apparently bore some resemblance towards the Sketchers “GOWalk” shoes.
Sketchers claimed that Hermes stole their design technology on the soles of these shoes. It is unclear whether it was just a simple coincidence or that Sketchers is looking for more publicity towards their brand.
