The video is made by stop motion and though it is a creepy 1930s video, it is interesting to go back in time to learn more about video making in that era.
Dolly Daisy in ‘Hearts and Flowers’ was first released with sound by Warner Brothers as part of its ‘Vitaphone Varieties’ series. That series was mostly comprised of live-action musical shorts. Warner Brothers does not appear to have any information about this film.
