Bank Islam is one of the key important banks in Malaysia. They’re not as mainstream as Maybank or CIMB, but nevertheless they are still one of the popular choices among Malaysians. Unfortunately, they are going through some technical errors.
A netizen was complaining on Twitter that her card was being charged twice after a transaction was made. She then told others to hold off using Bank Islam’s cards for the time being until their issues are resolved.
Furthermore, the netizen complained that the bank’s customer hotline is practically useless. There were others that experienced a similar problem and decided to share their screenshots as well. Banks should not have errors like this as they are the ones entrusted to care for our money.
