Air Asia, again, has been involved in more controversies and dramas as they recently bumped off five passengers from their flight. Apparently, they overbooked this particular flight and once recounted there were extra seats available, however one still needed to be empty for the captain.
“Oh you have to make your own effort to seek out information yourself,” allegedly this was told to the passenger who had been bumped off the flight. Netizens are screaming in the replies with “fly Malaysia Airlines, avoid Air Asia at all cost.”
The passenger later got on a late flight and was compensated with a bottle of water and some aeroplane food. For the trouble you’d have to go through, it’s better to pay a little extra on a more reputable airline that would provide better service.
