The Malaysian government had a weird initiative for civilians to start cycling around the main city centre full of fast cars and motorcycles. It is unclear why would anyone think that would be a grand idea, but in the end it happened. Unfortunately, now even police officers are parking their cars on it.
Netizens went on defending the police saying that these cyclists would disrupt traffic on main roads and motorcycle lanes on highways. Apparently, even a number of Malaysians are fed up with this weird adaptation of the “cycling in the city with heavy traffic” campaign.
Others were pointing out that other cars were parked there, yet netizens were ignoring them as well and were focusing on the police car. Heated discussions were shared on the replies of the tweet.
