One of the most beloved malls among Malaysians has gotten criticism on Twitter, which has been proven to be the social media space for most complaints. A netizen claimed that One Utama has a complicated layout, but another netizen responded that Sunway Pyramid’s layout is even worse.
One Utama slander
For many malls in Malaysia, there are a few that are massively popular, and most of them are easily navigable like Midvalley, The Gardens, Pavilion Bukit Bintang and Suria KLCC. However, many can agree that for non regular customers, One Utama and Sunway Pyramid are quite complicated.
There are netizens that say One Utama is pretty straightforward, it’s just big. However, Sunway Pyramid’s shape is worse as people can easily get lost in the mall. Others claim that they will never go to these two malls alone unless a friend is accompanying them.
