A netizen stated that they are tired of seeing local entrepreneurs showing off their lavish assets, yet at the same time would squeeze their workers for every single penny, in criticisms of local entrepreneurs on recruitment ads. Furthermore, a lot of Twitter netizens agree with said netizens on their remarks.
Criticisms of Local Entrepreneurs ads
Netizens stated that they wouldn’t fancy this kind of lifestyle. The whole criticism towards this specific entrepreneur is the wordings he used in a recent advertisement for new workers for his business. One of the words that triggered netizens was “pandai melayan customer,” which means that the applicant must be able to entertain a customer.

That was one of the job scope, which was followed by the worker to have a hard working trait, honesty, and the worker should also be capable of handling social media accounts. All of these skills are needed for a RM1,350 basic salary, which is lower than the minimum wage in Malaysia.
You’ll only reach the minimum wage salary after you work overtime. Most of the tweets replying to the original poster were criticisms of local entrepreneurs. However, the job requirement does not require someone of a higher educational qualification, that could be another reason why the expected pay is lower.
