More Advanced Robots at Amazon Now Than Humans in 2017

An interesting graph on Twitter (see below) shows the number of robots (in green) compared to the number of humans. The company started using robots in 2013 according to the graph and it had 1 robot then.

In 2022, Amazon had 1,608 human employees and 520 robots. That’s a massive increase in the number of robots used in its facilities and this number is bound to grow this year and in future years.

More Advanced Robots

Twitter users are responding to this saying it is not surprising that more companies will adopt robotics and will have more advanced robots working for them in the near future. Elon Musk, the boss of Tesla, has also twitted today saying there will be more robots than humans in the future.
