Apparently, a netizen complained about a recent encounter with a rental post. The post stated that it would cost a person RM500 to rent the space. Guess what? The space is just a single bed, the room is shared among multiple people. Is the Klang Valley becoming the next Hong Kong?
Others stated that the renter was targeting foreign students. Locals are complaining that in the same location, rent prices are about RM800 – RM1,200 for a studio unit. Complaints that the unit looks like a hospital ward is another popular opinion.
