Should a YB comment on the Police directive that women in particular should cover their ‘aurat’ when they enter government premises (in this case a police station?). Kulup Fans on Twitter feels this is a small issue and elected members of the Parliament should not get involved in them.
However, netizens are divided on the matter, with some saying a YB has the right to question such policies while others insist women in particular should cover their aurat in such cases.
Anyways, there are rulings now enforced at government offices where photos of what to wear and not to wear in dealing with government officers are posted at the very entrance of such buildings or offices.
