Malaysian Store Offers Product Briefing For Customers In Line

It is unusual for a shop owner to brief their customers on what kind of products they offer before entering their store, especially if it is a type of dessert. In the video, the shop owner is clearly asking those in line if they had been briefed or not with regards to the products that she is offering.

A netizen claimed that the brief that was done is completely pointless and that a normal menu would have sufficed. If the product line is complicated, then a simplification of the product line should be done instead. 

The original poster joked that this looks like a safety briefing. Furthermore, it looks like the lady was trying to direct her customers out of any possible danger that might occur rather than informing them about her products.
