According to a business owner, Gen-Z workers who quit school early and then complain about their family and school life, exhibit a change in attitude after starting work. Below is the list of complaints by the owner in Batu Pahat:
- Quitting school before completing secondary education
- Complaining about family and school life
- Unreliable work habits (taking long toilet breaks, taking leave without notice, leaving work early to celebrate friend’s birthday)
- Lack of dedication and change in attitude after getting familiar with the job
The owner initially thought that everyone would feel a sense of responsibility but was disappointed with their work habits. He hopes they find a better boss and said he would continue to hire and fire employees in an “endless loop.”
