A Chinese man, 27, leaves billionaire adoptive parents to go back to his multi-millionaire birth parents and that made him famous on Weibo after giving a first-hand account of his journey of being abducted at two years old according to aChinese news outlet.
In 1997, 2-year-old Mei was reportedly abducted while playing near his house and sold to a buyer, became malnourished, and was eventually taken in by his adoptive family. After graduating high school, he chose not to attend college as the family believed in self-made success.
He started a gaming and e-commerce business before eventually submitting his DNA that reunited him with his birth parents 25 years later. His birth parents never stopped searching for him and kept a bowl set aside for him during family gatherings.
