The Hulu Langat civil defence team successfully caught the almost one kg cobra that was found in the house of the Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim.
Corporal Mior Nor Azlan Safian, the operations chief, reported that the party was notified of the incident at night and caught the snake with the help of four other employees.
It took them five minutes, despite its initial aggression, to bag the snake. A police officer who was on duty, according to him, first observed the snake in the house.
