Muhammad Kenzi Alfaro, whose weight is comparable to that of an eight-year-old, has been gaining an abnormal amount of weight since he was six months old, with a weekly weight gain of 1kg to 2kg.
The baby boy cannot talk, walk, or crawl, and his mother has had difficulties carrying him due to his weight. As his mother had a history of gallstones, Kenzie consumed sweetened condensed milk instead of breast milk, which is more affordable for the family.
