What a daring driver! A 26-year-old man was arrested in Singapore for allegedly failing to stop for police, driving without a valid license and insurance, running red lights, and using criminal force to deter a public servant. Police officers initially approached him at Clarke Quay and advised against driving if intoxicated.
After refusing to comply and speeding off, an islandwide manhunt ensued. The car was found abandoned in Pioneer, and the suspect was arrested in Eunos. Charged in court, he faces fines and jail time if convicted of the various offenses.
