Liverpool Struggles in Transfer Market, Klopp Remains Positive

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has stated that he is not angry with the club’s owner, Fenway Sports Group, over their resources in the transfer market despite missing out on signing Borussia Dortmund’s midfielder Jude Bellingham for their rebuild plans.
