The person in the video shows an empty tong of water, claiming the taps were dry for days and the people behind him, ladies and gentlemen, were unable to shower, wash after toilet or take Wuduh or ablution for prayers.
DRY TAPS
After turning the empty tong to show their anger at the MB Kedah, the speaker says with the tong empty as dry taps persists, he declares the MB as a MB 20sen.
