In this news report, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim assures local fishermen that the government is open to hearing any complaints or objections regarding the Penang South Sea Dam Project (PSI).

He emphasizes that the project has conditional approval from the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA) and that the state government will provide an explanation to those who submit objections.
