It is an unfortunate incident for the woman involved in the situation as her diving instructor openly kissed her while they were underwater. Later on, it appears that she reported the incident to the police. Netizens are saying that diving instructors are notorious for behaving inappropriately around women.

A netizen jabbed at the instructor stating that while being in the middle of the ocean, he still has the time to think about intercourse. Others state that the girl will unfortunately still be blamed, simply based on her gender. Another user states that if they were in that position, they’d be terrified. Furthermore, someone doxed the accused man, which is something that should not be done as well.
Twitter users are giving advice to the girls traveling alone that they should be mindful towards the “beach boys” coming over to help them. This is due to the fact that some of them may not have the best of intentions. However, another netizen states that the foreign men should also be avoided as they tend to create the same problems.
