Looks like Minister of Health Dr Zaliha Mustafa could be next in getting dumped by voters if she successfully get the Generation End Game (GEG) bill to pass in Parliament.
Smokers Wrath?
The extremely popular Khairy Jamaluddin ate the dust in the last GE in Selangor, beaten by a relatively unknown PKR candidate. Some people are saying KJ lost because he was pushing the anti-smoking bill so hard that people hated it. Data shows smokers are 25% of the voting population.
Zaliha Next?
Now it is the turn of Zaliha, who inherited the bill, to push very hard for it while not listening to the voices of the public out there. Some are saying she is ignoring all warnings that this bill might spark a rise in smoking of illegal cigarettes among the GEG targeted group. She is already unpopular among MOH workers, some say.
