Southampton has been relegated from the English Premier League following a 2-0 defeat to Fulham, The defeat confirms their place at the bottom of the mighty league.

The club saw its chances of remaining in the EPL vanish with second-half goals from Carlos Vinicius and Aleksandar Mitrovic. The defeat means the Saints is now relegated to division two for the first time in 11 years.
Southampton at the Bottom
To be fair, Southampton remained in the bottom three for most of the season. The management failed to save their campaign after replacing the sacked Nathan Jones with Ruben Selles in February.
