The Brazilian star Roberto Firmino, dropped in the last World Cup held in Qatar, played his last match for Liverpool at Anfield Road. This is his last season for the Merseyside club.

Playing as a centre forward he scored 26 goals in all competitions, eleven of them in the Champions League. He scored a dramatic late equaliser in his final appearance at Anfield for Liverpool to keep the Merseyside squad’s slim chances of a top-four finish in the Premier League alive with a 1-1 draw against Aston Villa last Saturday.

Firmino Last Match

On 13 May 2021, he scored two goals in a 4–2 away win over Manchester United, in Liverpool’s first victory at Old Trafford since March 2014. His last match with the Brazil squad so far is July 2021 when he made a substitute appearance in his nation’s 1–0 defeat to rivals Argentina in the final.
