Netizens are stating that there should be new rules that implement diversity when it comes to the length of hair among male students. This is due to the fact that students that graduate would still need to have short hair in order to attend their own graduation. Questions on the education system moulding students to be “corporate slaves” are another topic of discussion.
New hair rules should be implemented for students
Netizens are stating that even beards are not allowed, eventhough it is considered as a sunnah for Muslims. Many are stating that its is natural among human beings, especially when it comes to boys as they tend to have more hair than girls.
There are statements that UITM students are still forced to have shorter hair, and would require to wear their university’s logo when it comes to sports. Some netizens state that this made them feel as though they were in Primary one. Regardless, there are talks among Malaysians to abolish this archaic rule.
