There are several complications when it comes to renewing one’s passport. One of the complications is to wait a significant amount of time for it to be done. However, an X user points out that KLIA has a passport renewal system. Following that, the user claims that it’s pretty fast as well.
Is KLIA the best place for passport renewal?
However, according to some users, they state that on a day if the KLIA location is crowded, it will be much slower than other places. The user then claims that there was a “vip” family that cut the queue in order to receive their passports faster. This is a mere claim from an X user though.
Others were asking if an online application was necessary for the renewal. The user responds by stating that it isn’t necessary as walk-ins are accepted. This is especially with the fact that the crowds after lockdown are relatively gone.
