Recently, netizens were asking questions as to why some tissues in toilets have these mysterious red dots all over them. To begin with, it is nearly impossible to get free paper napkins everywhere. Restaurants are barely offering it to their customers at this point.
Tissues with blood stains
Netizens are informing others to be very cautious when using the public restrooms. Users state that these red dots are blood stains. They are apparently used by drug users who would wipe their needles with these tissues. Furthermore, a user states that a 7-year-old child was recently infected with an STD after using a petrol station restroom.
Some state that these users are infected with diseases and are unhappy with their diagnosis. They would then spread their diseases further by doing so. Regardless, either of these reasons are unsettling and despicable as innocent people will be affected and exposed to these things.
