After the first arrest was made last September 2, the arrest continued again involving the suspect of a local man in Taman Melawati yesterday. Debt is believed to be the motive of a local man who ‘pawned’ his sister-in-law to be abused in turn at a residence in Wangsa Maju on August 30. The 27-year-old suspect was arrested on September 2. He is believed to have called the victim so as not to lock the door of the house before the incident.
