Currently, Genting Theme Park is under scrutiny after one of their rides allegedly was suffering from technical issues. Netizens are showing their disappointment towards the theme park as they charge at least RM150 to enter. Many assume that it could be from a lack of proper maintenance, some state that it’s due to the rainy weather of the day.
Genting Theme Park Under HEAVY CRITICISM
Some users state that Genting Theme Park should not have let any of their customers ride this specific ride when it’s drizzling or raining. Furthermore, others state that competing theme parks tend to close a number of rides during bad weather as they do not want to risk any rides temporarily trapping their customers.
There are some users who state that it is a normal standard operating procedure. Customers had to stay strapped on the ride for 30 minutes. It could be a scary thought for those who had no choice to do so. However, other users don’t believe that this is a standard and normal thing to do.
