100,000 Satay Skewers Makes it to the Malaysia Book of Records

Juicy satay for free to be handed to about 11,000 visitors who were present as of 12.00 noon at the Selangor satay Fiesta at Bagan Lalang Beach, Sepang. The organisers say that about 100,000 satay skewers were prepared and distributed for free and subsequently recognized by the Malaysia Book Of Records.

The ceremony was completed by Selangor Rural Development and Unity EXCO, Datuk Rizam Ismail. In a separate event, Selangor Housing and Culture EXCO, Borhan Aman Shah announced satay kajang as a heritage food of the state of Selangor.
