Tan Cheng Hoe’s squad lost 1-3 on aggregate to Terengganu when tied 1-1 in the second quarter-final at the Petaling Jaya City Council Stadium (MBPJ) in the Malaysia Cup after losing 0-2 in the first leg on September 16. Eliminated, the main contenders in the Malaysia League will end this season without a trophy. Meanwhile, the Super League championship will probably see the JDT as champions.

Many are asking questions about the performance of the once mighty club, Selangor. Some are claiming that the club is receiving as much as RM45 million in funds from the state government but failed to achieve any success. Questions, questions…need answers.
