The country has seen a significant surge in registered EVs, surpassing 7,500 units in September 2023 compared to an average of 300 units in previous years. Investments in the EV sector have also soared to RM26.2 billion since 2018. This effort complements the National Energy Transition Roadmap 2030 for a sustainable future.
