A peculiar video went viral on TikTok of a man who apparently had his hands stuck in an airplane cup holder. Users found the whole ordeal to be funny. In the video he explicitly asked his friend to not call the flight attendants, possibly due to sheer embarrassment.

However, it was noted that the flight attendants were required to assist the man. A friendly flight attendant did try to assist, but to no avail. It may initially be satire at first but it could be something very real.
Furthermore, some users were jokingly stating that the individual was probably trying to get the flight attendant’s attention. It is unclear if that’s the case, as some people may try to do weird things on an airplane that could lead them to a situation like this.
